Depending on your location, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered.

IN-STORE PICKUP

An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Once an order is prepared for pickup, it will be considered a shipped order and cannot be canceled.

You can easily type your order number and your email to start returning.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 10 business days for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Please return the item(s) with a reliable carrier and a tracking number. Use your order # as an RA on the package and include a copy of your order receipt inside the package to our store address:

Shipping Fees on Returned Orders
If you received free shipping on an order over $250 and choose to return the order, a $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps us cover the cost of shipping large orders.

This policy applies even if the items are returned in full or partially and the final value falls below the free shipping threshold.

We currently do not allow web returns to be dropped off at our store. Orders must be shipped back for a refund.

Exchanges are allowed within 10 days at our store. We don’t offer exchanges on the website—a new order must be placed.

Packages returned after 10 days will not receive a refund.

If you return an item and your order total falls below $250, the original shipping fee  will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are processed once we’ve received & inspected your item. Once approved, you will be refunded via the same payment method used for your initial purchase. It can take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your processor.

SALE / PROMO ITEMS:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Promo codes will not be honored after purchase.
