There is a $7.99 shipping charge for all orders under $250. Orders over $250 ship free within the USA.

Depending on your location, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered.

We currently offer local deliveries to zip codes near our Brooklyn shop.

IN-STORE PICKUP

An email will be sent to you as soon as your order is ready for pickup. Once an order is prepared for pickup, it will be considered a shipped order and cannot be canceled.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 10 business days for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Please return the item(s) with a reliable carrier and a tracking number. Use your order # as an RA on the package and include a copy of your order receipt inside the package to our store address:

We currently do not allow web returns to be dropped off at our store. Orders must be shipped back for a refund.

Exchanges are allowed within 10 days at our store. We don’t offer exchanges on the website—a new order must be placed.

Packages returned after 10 days will not receive a refund.

If you return an item and your order total falls below $250, the original shipping fee  will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are processed once we’ve received & inspected your item. Once approved, you will be refunded via the same payment method used for your initial purchase. It can take up to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your processor.

SALE / PROMO ITEMS:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Promo codes will not be honored after purchase.
